Following a successful 20+ year career in funds management, working with leading financial institutions on projects in Australia and offshore, John set up Resident Capital to help home owners navigate through the challenges of engaging in the rezoning process.

John has first hand experience in chairing an owner group:

  • forming a vision for the future of his community
  • working with close neighbours and the broader community to gain support for positive engagement
  • leading submissions to Council and other planning authorities to promote quality outcomes
  • managing his group through the sale process of their superlot site
